To provide children a good education is not only a gift, it is also an investment into their future and an asset for every family and business.
Unfortunately, not all the parents have got the money to provide that, especially in rural areas, where the salaries are far under the minimum wages. City life is on the Ilse of Cebu even a lot higher than in Manila. In the outskirts of Cebu many families are living in hardship too.
